I had my dad drop the car off at the body shop and when I saw the pictures, it was too late to have the shop take the trim off so I couldn't really do anything about that.

I can't wait to see it in person all cleaned up. I'll get some better pictures of it in the sunlight when my brother drives it down to me. It looks like it needs a little wet sanding but that's just another thing on my list haha.

Thanks for all the compliments! I can't wait to see it, it's killing me not being able to see it in person. It should be done today though so hopefully I'll have some better pictures tonight.

thats a great color, i almost painted my car that color. When you get that thing in different lighting its really going to pop, it definitly moves around alot

what color did they use for the base under the redfire?

I'm pretty sure it's a base coat/clear coat system so it's just the redfire on there.

Looks good, great color choice. However I am partial to reds in the first palce and my 93 is electric red.

Just so you know redfire is a 3 stage paint, i think the base is supposed to be some kind of orange, then the redfire goes over it, thats what makes it really pop and move around in different lights

Here's a couple crappy pics.
The pictures of it in the shade make it look just like the old paint, just without the stripes, but once it's in the sun it looks completely different. I love it!

thats the same color i painted my GT lol! on mine it has an orange hue that you can only see in direct sun light, same with the flakes. i love it.

Yea, that's Savannah. I went to Savannah College of Art and Design. Took LOTS of pics of my car around that area haha.

To the OP, the car looks AWESOME!! I love Redfire!!
