I'm finally going to get a new rear end. I have decided to just buy a new ford racing set up for $1460. It comes with the housing of course, 31 spline FR axles, FR 31 spline diff, choice of gears (3.73's or 4.10's), install kit, and wheel studs. I think i'm going to go with the 3.73 gears unless someone on here can convince me otherwise. I make a 2 hour trip one way every other weekend to see my gf so I want to keep the rpm's down on the highway as much as possible. Now I just have to pay for everything to be installed which won't be cheap.

I just got my rear built with a frpp 31 spline tlok, moser 31 spline axles, and a moser girdle. I have 4.10's in mine and its not really too great for the highway with the t-45. Im at about 2600 rpms doing 65mph. Its over 3000 doing 80. I recalibrated my speedo with my diablo so im assuming this is correct. The 3650 will tach lower but since your car is a 2000 it should have a t-45 so it should tach around the same as mine to give you an idea.

i wish i put 4.30's in mine considering its not my daily driver lol
