I don't mean to make the rivals or anything, but basically, the stock T5 isn't going to work with my 450+ turbo car.
dd says good to 330 ft-lbs
gforce says 600
dd price is 449
g force is 1095
i'm broke
what do i do?

Look for a used Tremec 3550 or TKO.

I agree...

I did make 540RWHP+/742RWTQ through a T-5 I build but I know it was on borrowed time if it ever hooked at the track.

I'd go TKO if you can, they will last with what ever changes you do in the future.

Ya the tremec's are nice but I would say go with the gforce because you get to keep all your t5 parts such as the shifter, bellhousing, and clutch.

FYI, stock stuff will swap over to a 3550 Tremec, the TKO is the fine spline so a new disc, and driveshaft yoke are required, along with a bell.

If you don't have a blowproof bell GET ONE, save your toes!

T5 weighs approx 75 lbs dry, the Tremec 3550 weighs 100 lbs. See http://www.ttcautomotive.com/English/products/ for more information
