Alright,
I'm out of cash for the summer, the ride's going into the body shop all week to get the last of the major work done from my "stage 1" of initial mods.
This winter I have to replace the tranny, and while I'm at it - what the hell I'm going to do an alum. driveshaft and H/C/I and poss gears - what price am I looking at ballpark for all of these? I'm guessing - 2500?? Tran is easy 1600 - more - 3k?
Also - I'm having the shop check it out but my tranny is WACK - ever since I got a new ****ty clutch job she's all out of tune - it's rattling (fast to slow then stops) when I'm coming down into first gear and into neutral as well sometimes, something kinds of squeaks when I hit the gas pedal and accelarate. I thought it was my old H pipe since it was rusted and halfway on, but I was wrong. I know this is fixable and I've got to get a patch job done on her to last through the winter so any thoughts are more than welcome!
