So I purchased a set of GW lower front suspension arms for my 1966, not their tubular arms, but the standard Ford type arms which GW have reinforced, and installed a spherical bearing where they bolt to the chassis. With each arm came a plastic bag containing two cupped washers which I presume go on the bushes, which then sit within the spherical bearing. I have tried gently removing those bushes to install the washers, but they appear to be pressed in firmly. I'd read the instructions but there aren't any..

Does anybody have any experience with these arms and can confirm for me where the washers go ??

Welcome to StangNet and am sure someone (or several here) have gone throught the GW experience. They will put up the info you need.

They go on each side of the arm at the sway bar mounting point. Two on each arm, one on top and one on bottom.

Global West makes a fine arm, you'll be happy with them.
