Go with aluminized or stainless Bassani X?

I'm ordering a Bassani X-pipe w/cats this weekend. Should I go with the stainless or the aluminized ones? The stainless is $150 more. Since I live in Southern Cal. do I need to go stainless?

no, the aluminuzed will be just fine, you live in a dry enviroment anyways. It rains all the time where i live and im getting the aluminized. The SS will make a big difference if you live back east where they just salt the hell out of the roads, but for down in cali, with limited rain, i'd save the $150!

Yeah that's what I thought. I'm pretty sure my current o/r H-pipe is aluminized and it held up fine.

Just ordered the X. Now comes the wait.....
