Ok Iam finnaly getting ready to install my vortech in about a month. I downloaded the instructions and they suck. Iam confused. when installing the bypass valve the instrutions say to "route the 5/32 vacume line from the bypass valve over to the fuel pressure sensor and tee into the vacume line, refer to previous page" WTF? the previous page doesn show where the line is supposed to go. HELP. this is driving me nuts.
Also the instructions say that you are supposed to use the vortech ribbed ideler pulley above the a/c compressor but they dont supply a idler pulley and the stock one is ribbed. again WTF.
I have never seen instructions on something of this magnitude so damm vaque and uniformitive. thanks.

Tee came with the kit from vortech, you can find them at any hardware/plumbing/autoparts supply stores. Yes I used the radiator hose extension. It is needed for sure IMO...there is barely enough room to get the blower in there with it on there anyway haha.

I used the coolant extender, I can see how some could say its "optional"... but it comes in the kit, why not use it?

And for my bypass and boost gauge I used the vacuum line coming out of the back of the plenum. I went to autozone and bought all the T multipacks they had along with some goodyear vacuum line. I just didnt want to make return trips, so I have a butt load of extra T's if I ever need them.

One thing I found to work out pretty slick is if you have a larger opening on a T or other fitting (mini race bypass valve, etc) you can get the goodyear vacuum line, which has a very thick sidewall, and get it hot with a soldering iron. I just stuck the tip into the rubber line and twisted it around, then stuck it on the larger bypass port... worked like a charm and didnt rip! ... Just though I would through that out there incase it helps..

You obvisously didnt have the procharger instructions. All it said was to hook it to a vacume line and didnt give any suggestions.
