I run a taurus fan on my 93 with a griffin 2 core aluminum radiator. With the A/C on and the fan on high my temp sits right around 185-190 during the summer.
I had replaced the stock clutch fan with a new one and still had overheating issues at idle especially with the A/C on.
Put the taurus fan on, 3G upgrade and I am set. I am still cheap and control it with switches and relays but it works great.
