Last weekend me and my buddy open rear end cover to find out whay I have clunky noise in rear end when I release gas pedal on low rpms) and looks like I have play in spider gears, we tryed get 8000 on backlash on shims on differential but same thing.
I can fix that ,but I was thinkin why not bought 31 spline axles and better differential because I gonna use ET streets or meybe slicks next year
So guys please help me with this,
What kinda 31 spline axles and Differential you use and where you bought
Thanks

A very cheap and strong route is to get a truck (F150) t-loc as they are 31 spline. have it rebuilt with extra clutches and put in some aftermarket 31 spline axles and a guirdle. Some local guys are running 10's for years with this setup.

Other wise I like the eaton unit as it is rebuildable and the auburn is not.

Same thing I have, the kit comes with wheel studs too for $550. BB&T Racing can be found in any Mustang magazine.

Are you talkin about this AXLE PACKAGE #2 http://www.bbandtracing.com/MOSER.html
Are those axles comes with ABS rings or meybe I have use mine (meybe I can't use ABS right with those axles)
AND are those axles are for 94-98 or all are same, I hope so not because Fox body have shorter axles

Yep, thats the axle package I bought, its going in next week. The axles are drop shipped from Moser so they'll get you what you need for your specific car. If you go with ABS, Moser will press on a ring for the ABS to slide over.

The whole package was on my door step in 4 business days, I was very impressed!

Just so you know, the guy that answers the phone at BB&T has a very thick southern accent, so it may be difficult for you to understand him.
