You don't need to do a class to get into the 9HP. You need 5 runs with a lap that qualifies you to run 9HP. Last time I was in Portland, I ran 5 times and qualified for the 9HP. The last run I did was in a 9HP. The 9HP was fun. I am glad I did it.

Thanks for the info. This maybe the path. We were interested in the class primarily for the butt load of track time included with the class. If I remember correctly, it was a good value.

After those track days this summer I'm already jones'n for some laps

im going tonight to talk with bret he was not there last night. if your not a member and you can qualify the first 5 times your on the track that would be 30 +30 =60 [a little less then 50 mins they always cut i little time off], and the class is 45 but you need to be a member 30 =75$. the class also get you between 45-60 mins on the track in the 9s plus the one free race for getting the mebership right before thats another ~10 mins= 55-70 mins.

well its still on the computer. it looks like there trying to get us mike instead of brett mike is my age and been racing alot of powerfull cars durring the last 10 years and has the track record at sykart. so the computer says were still on for 4 pm 1 for some reason didnt work any better. im going to call tomorrow to see if were going to get mike for the class.

I might be able to do 4pm. I've made plans to do some mods to my car on Saturday morning, and depending on how well that does or does not go, I may still be busy at 4pm .

I was trying to go the Oct Cascade Sports Car Club drivers training, but it looked like it was going to rain. So when I was up at PDX the following week, I ran a lot of laps at sykart to get my fix

I will have to go over a couple times this winter. The 194 is now up for the winter, no fun driving it on ice and snow.

sorry for the lateness of my post but i think we should do it another time this last week basicly had me running though hoops to try and get it to work for us and it just didnt quite happen they told me that they would probly have mike(big mike) not the guy who has the racing backround. but i dont like problys so dont worry about the class tomorrow we will do it another time.
