Good buy?

I think i just came across a great buy. I found a set of brand new set of comp 262 cams for sale for $250! Im going to get them this weekend but wont have them put in before the end of the race season

Heck yea! That's a great deal. I got a set of Comp 268H's for $300, but the seller tryed to screw me over (sent 2 different cams, one was 268H, other was 270AH). So I had to just stick with the PI cams. Still kinda wish I had a little something bigger, either 262AH's or 268H's.

Yea, I tried emailing them, calling them, everything. They would never return an email or call. The one time they did return an email (it was during the dispute process), their claim was that "The box says that they are both XE268H's, that must be right, and whatever is etched into the camshaft itself must be wrong." Well, I made measurements with a dial caliper to prove that the cam markings were correct.

Then they got pissed at me when I filed a Paypal claim, saying that I "never tried to settle the dispute with them first, and I instead just wanted something for nothing." Well, when I showed Paypal phone and email records proving otherwise, Paypal didn't have a hard time figuring out who was in the wrong.... Thankfully, I got all my money back except $15 in shipping.

So instead, I just wound up with some PI cams, from 98cobra281 actually.

OP, I assume these are XE262AH's and not 262H's?

Yes they are the xe262ah, I didnt have a chance to go pick them up today but trying to get off work early tomorrow.
