Good deal? What do you think?

No, because they said "cheap Mustang" and "race car" in the same sentence. They are telling you that those low 30k miles have been a living hell for the car. Bad tranny aswell... hell no!!!

Pay a grand more for a real nice Cobra with a little more mileage, but much less abuse.

This car is exactly what you have been looking for in a cheap Mustang Cobra. A consignment car in Fair condition has been used as a race car thus the low miles. Has racing suspension, exhaust and hedders? Fog lights and fender liners removed. 2nd gear synchromesh has a problem. Otherwise in OK condition. Drives just like a racer.

They're only rating that car "fair condition" and they tell right off the bat it has been used for racing and has a 2nd gear meshing problem. Why even consider it? You pay 7000 now then spend thousands more correcting the problems. Thats just my opinion, you'd have to test it out to get a better idea though.

But thats in NC.. :(

Thats true, I guess thats a little far, lol.

Dont worry, good deals pop up everywhere, just takes some time to find them. It took me right around 2 years of looking before I got my Mustang.

Would you be keeping your GT or selling it if you get another one?
