There is a difference with being an ******* like that and building a car or 2. I have a neighbor that no joke calls the cops 2-3 times a week cause the sound of the water hitting the grass at 3am keeps him and his family from getting a proper nights sleep City regulations is to water between 2 and 3am, yet the sound the water makes when it hits the grass is unbearable. He also has an issue we me mowing my lawn at 6pm. Maybe i have become jaded but man sometimes you gotta say **** your neighbors. I even had a neighbor come over and ask me if it was really necessary to detail my truck in the driveway instead of taking it somewhere to have it done.

Agree with that...I think i'd buy more sprinklers if I were you...

I had fun with the guy that was driving me nuts the week we were moving out. I put speakers in the windows of the house that faced his and let him have Willie Nelson's greatest hits @ 120db for 12 hours a day. He works nights.

I put 3 extra rainbirds that sprayed onto my dogs plastic water pool, upside down of course for the stereo effect.

There are ways to build cars and still be respectful. He'll, me and my buddies have done it plenty of times in my driveway and even had neighbors offer tools and such....but the difference is when it's 1am on a Sunday night and my neighbors are sleeping I don't start my car with open headers and rev the crap out of it for 10 mins to show off to my buddies.

This guy wouldn't think anything wrong of doing that.

I'm all for "**** the neighbors" ....but there are limits
