Sure.....it is ok....the generic X cannot be too costly but considering mufflers too I guess at least half of that is parts then $100-$150 labor is fair.....in my books.

ya, sounds good to me. when i had my flowmasters installed, the guy said he could do an xpipe for $400, so that sounds like a good deal u have.

If cheapest price possible is what you're going for, then that's a good price. I'd recommend doing a whole catback though (bigger piping) in case you plan on supercharging it later.

I plan on supercharging, but by that time (several years away) I would hope I had another exhaust on. This is only temporary.
