I have been having some problems with pressurizing my cooling system under boost and I have it down to either the heads or a warped block. Assuming it's not the block (please, please, please don't be a warped block...), I will need to get the heads into a shop to get checked for cracks and milled if they are warped. Any suggestions on where I should take them? They are iron E7s and I may get a little porting done while they are out if I can find someone who knows what they are doing.

I will be sticking with the E7s for now (assuming it makes sense) due to the power limitations on the rest of my current setup.

I usually take my stuff to "cylinder head specialties" downtown. They machine blocks and do head work etc. Great prices and the work is great. I needed my alum heads surfaced and I got them back in two days...

Try Accurate Engines in Kirkland. Not the cheapest, but the work is done right the first time. Phone# 425-822-7348

I would highly recomend Brad Smith at X-ACT Machine Inc.

He is in Bothell just up the hill from Canyon Park off 228th st
He does exellent work and has very resonable prices, and has been building race engines and doing machine work for 25 + years!
I had him do the heads on my Saleen!
