I read the feedback and a couple people said it was better than expected and they noticed something.

I really do not feel that something that cost 25 bucks is gonna make a difference at all. Its sounds like its trying to be a handheld tuner and a SCT2 is gonna cost 400 and give you gains of around 20 proven hp. You can try it but dont expect much.
