good tires or suspension

okay my 2004 GT will need some traction soon. So i was wondering what should i go with:

1- TIRES......245x45x17 FRONT , and 315x45x17 BACK
OR
2- Suspension system.

my goal is to stay N/A for now i think. I wanna do full Bolt-on though. So i dont want all that HP to be lost since i dont have a good grip. So what do you guys think i should do?

P.S. I dont think i can afford to go with 1 and 2 , so I'm gonna have to chose one way and go with it.

Suspension, because it will give you more in overall control of your vehicle first, tires are as important for grip but sometimes when going to a good sticky tire the stock suspension may not be up to par enough to benifit fully when pushing the 90-100% limit. Get the suspension first then later invest in some good tires.

and the 315/45's will probably rub. look into 315/35-17's if you go that route

i agree wit the others though, do suspension
