Goodbye to Friends

*tear*

She'll always be remembered for her stupid loud SLP exhaust that made jason laugh like a school girl, and for volunteering to be the guinnea pig that I learned how to work on (Accufab Plenum/TB install sticky ftw!), and her 18 different exhaust set-ups, and , and..........oh God I cant take it anymore.

Goodbye friend........

If you fuel pressure is low use a bicycle pump to pressurize your gas tank to make the fuel flow better. Its an old drag racer's trick, just like side gapping plugs

Had one of my buddies do a number on the ole girl while I was at work yesterday. I'll be honest; since I got the Bullitt last summer Ive neglected the hell outta the Red Dragon. It looked nothing like the pics above.

This guy is GOOD!

oh yeah, thats his 4-door Legacy GT in the backround, second to last pic. Unless you really knew cars you wouldnt give it a second look. He has a stage 2 upgrade on his.....Turbocharged 4-banger that WILL surprise you.

Here's a vid of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WY6r1NnrN4

It launches like an F-18 off an Aircraft Carrier! Anyway, thought I should give his car a little props since he hooked me up yesterday, hehe.

My Ford GT pump goes 100% @ 5200RPMs and that doesnt stop me . Cars A/F is perfectly fine...@ 6200 it climbs up to 11.8. But I shift the car @ 5500, so its A OK. Tim told me to dial the boost down to 8PSI until I get a KB boost a pump becase he was saying that as the pump ages, it will not pump as well and I could go lean. (and no, I havnt backed it down yet ..ill get a BAP soon)

But Helty I seen your dyno...yours goes lean FAST for some reason . Hey, just throw in a Ford Gt pump, I bet that would do it...and it costs $90 if you just wanting to fix it for now. Otherwise dual cobra pumps/tank would be the best route.

BTW...BYE BYE RED DRAGON

right heel on brake, toe on gas while left foot is holding clutch in. Ease your right toes down on the gas as you have a good hold w/ your heel on the break - drop the clutch, let it start to spin then ease off the brake and put your foot into the gas

I always think of how easy it is, then I think to myself, "What if they don't have the pedal slack delete mod that raises the pedal about an inch or so?"

After that is when I realize how hard it is for those who don't know about the pedal slack delete.

I was gonna say, you HAVE seen my dyno havent you?

How hard was it to modify the GT pump to fit in our tanks? Id really like the 03/04 Cobra tank/Pumps for good fuel delivery and OE driveability, but damn, its like $700 new.
