I've wanted a GPS for a while now, but the thought of spending $700+ on one made me sick. I then came across microsoft's Streets and Trips software with a USB GPS for a little over $100 and asked for it for Christmas. Well, I must have been good as "Santa" brought it for me. I had a chance to check it out last night and so far I'm impressed, especially for the price. I need my laptop to use it, but that's not a problem as I always have it with me in the car.
Anyway, I got to thinking as I was using it that there may be software out there to use this USB GPS as a performance datalogging piece. I did some searching on google last night and haven't been able to really find anything yet. I know there are GPS based performance dataloggers out there like this one:

Does anyone know of any software that can utilize my GPS and laptop to do something like the item in the link above?
