Got a Note on the car!

Well i woke up to a note on my gas tank cap. It said "Die you b-word" Now what does b-word mean? I haven't done anything to any one. So i have no clue. Im thinking its just people without a life. But then again, it might just be coincedence, but last year on August 13th i got into that shooting with those guys. And there were no scratches or key marks. What do you guys think? This neighbor hood isn't ghetto either.
