A picture of my new daily driver that I picked up yesterday:

289, auto, air, drum brakes and restored. It has been sitting a couple of years so will need to do the normal "break in" stuff.

Yes, I have already put on a set of Torque Thrust and blackwalls that were laying around from the track car.

Stock down to the 4 drum brakes. I think the wife already has her eyes on it!

Rent-A-Racer, you are welcome. They are aluminum so check them every once in a while for stress cracks. Let me know how they work!

Darn,well since you got your lowering blocks from historic here in GA, i was hoping that you were here too, cause i would have liked to see your car in person some day!
