well i took it up to the dealership with all my mods and a racing regsistry # written on the side of the car(forgot to scrape it off) and i asked them if they could do the tsb on my tranny ( with my triax) and they said "No problem mand....nice to see someone using the car for what it was built for"(pointed to my drag racing registry #)!!!! I almost wanted to give the guy a hug for not being an ******* about my warranty!!!! I wish all ford dealerships were this great!!! Oh and they threw my spec clutch on while they were in there for free

I just got my tsb fix done also. I had cponygo stickers on my car and the manager looked up the site and found where i asked about the pro 5.0 shifter. He told me I should have left it in since it is better for the tranny. He also tried to call me to bring it in so they could install it when they put the tranny back together. He also told me that my other mods were a must on the car to make it more enjoyable. He said he would never void a warranty for things like that.

God you guys were lucky. I had my car fixed last week and I asked the service manager what it would cost me to have them install my centerforce dualfriction clutch & SLP X-pipe. They said that they can not install them bc od liability reasons. I didn't make a fuss about it since they were doing the TSB already but it sure suxx. I have the car at a locl speedshop for the clutch, shifter & x-pipe install right now. Luckily they are only charging me $150 for it.

My dealer replaced my 3650 tranny with a new one a month or two ago. Never said a word about my mods except to comment on how nice my car looked. I guess I be one of the lucky ones!
