How much might insurance go up for 1 ticket? Think i'd get a break cause this is my 1st ticket ever?

If you lived in FL, you would have the oppurtunity to take the class and still pay the fine without any points.

Since I'm 18, almost 19 and been driving almost 3 years I have recieved 3 tickets after being stopped 5 times. I only have 1 ticket on my insurance and its coming off before I re-up in January.

I was given 1 warning and another "I didnt think it was you" warning when I was running straight pipes back when I had my first car, a '75 Cutlass...

I got pulled over 7 times in 2 years when I was 17 and 18. Only had 1 ticket.

I got pulled over doing 69 in a 45 about three months ago. Judge was an ass -- It was a $150 fine and 6 damn points on my license. Luckily my other speeding ticket removed since I got it 4 years ago. I took that drivers class and that should remove 4 of those points. I hope the insurance company never finds out about those other 4 points which are being removed.

My advice is buy the valentine one -- I must buy one soon!!!!

Just argue it and say that you are getting adjust to new gears or something like that....or just say you weren't speeding. I have gotten out the past 2 tickets I've gotten just by saying that the cop was full of **** and I wasn't speeding at all. They will most likely at least lower it for you.
