i got a set of pro5.0 3.73 gears installed and my T/A girdle finally.

had the diff. freshened up too with new bearings and clutches. installer said they went in really easy without a problem.

i noticed a bit of a difference over the 3.27's but should of gotten the 3.90's but staying N/A is not in my future so i got he 3.73's.

chirping the tires at half throttle going in to 2nd and a little into 3rd is pretty awesome. puts that stupid grin on my face. i havent really tried mashing it off the line to much yet. went side ways pretty quick without moving forward once tho.

dont be afraid of using non Ford Racing gears. got these gears for $100 US brand new. great price.

is your car lowered?? If so, keep an eye on the girdle - to - gas tank clearance. After going over a bump or two too hard it has put a "T" shaped dent in the front of the spare tire well. Nothing really to worry about, but something you'll want to check whenever you have the car up to make sure it's not going through or the covers not messed up.
