got some parts for the 94 i know its not much but i got my flowmaster american thunder kit with stainless tips.

i got my c&l intake kit, filter, maf, and elbow.

msd coil is on its way ordered it but not here yet.

i want to get my frpp 9mm wires and some plugs... sound like a good thing to get???

what else should i look into getting anything else reasonable ... i will look at any reasonable response as long as its not a blower or something i got a few hundred to blow but not a grand right now.

all i have so far is a o/r h plus the parts i just listed

i also have a nos kit partially lol i need a supply line and a nozzle but these will be the only mods at this point

no not yet will how are they working for you?? any charging issues im scared to try them

Havn't put mine on yet......havn't gotten around to working on the stang yet....still havn't made it out to finish the truck...lol

I idle a little higher than norm and a couple of old timers on here don't think the pulleys affect you too much.........I've heard it both ways......I'm gonna install them before I go to the track to see what they do....then I'll make a decision to keep them or not......

pullies are good to get, at the very least they look good just stay away from the frpp steel ones, ive heard that they are too dramatic of an underdrive and shouldnt be used aside from strictly track applications. i have had no charging problems with my alum march pullies, ive had them for three years now, but tehn again i had a problem fitting the ALT. pulley and still havnt put it on. the other two give the biggest gains with the crank being the most dramatic change

yeah the atl pully is the one that would cause charging issues if you havent put that on then you shouldn't get issues... my 93 has under drives and it is terrible in that car but i believe that the 93- earlier used a lower amp alt.

I bought an ASP overdrive alternator pulley and installed it a few day after I installed my underdrives and the voltage guage stays right where it was before I installed them. The pulley is real small (1 7/8") and I ended up turning down one of my sockets on a lathe at work just get the nut on but it was well worth it. Very nice power gain and no issues what so ever.

I've had the ASP pullies for a year or more no charging or cooling issues. Like you said the 93-earlier hade weaker alts and h2o pumps ours are strong. As far as wires i would personally use Taylor 8mm wires they fit good and grip the spark plugs well. Like them much better then the FMS and MSD wires I went through.

what is your guys recomendations on sub-frame connectors?? i was thinking ones with seat braces....does it really matter and any brands you guys prefer???

yup, if you get subframe connectors, get full length, weld-ins with the seat brace connectors. you will find tons of guys to agree that those things are all encessary for a good sfc. I've heard many people love the Maximum Motorsports sfc's and i will be having them installed in a couple months. just a question on the taylor wires, i picked up a set and im not very happy with them. after about a year and a half, they started turning from blue to brown around the boots and connectors... what is causing this??!! just a bad set of wires?

Pullies like said, if you do have a problem just swap back to the stock alt. pully. I had an issue and went back to the stock alt. pully and 0 issues for years.

Several buddies and myself run the FMS wires with great results...we have run taylor and others and been happier with the FMS ones. with the stock E7 heads juts get an autolite plug and for the bottle gap it at 35.

Full length sub frame conn. deff. look into...well worth it.

My red taylors are about a year or more old and the boots look good. The browning is probably heat related. As far as SFC I went with Steeda's and love them, the one I bought were they very standard ones the offered (no longer available) full lenght weld ins with seat braces ($79 to my door woot). Unless you plan on doing some major cornoring any well built set will do. Steeda gets my vote and like mentioned MM are good as well.

wow the steedas make me feel better about not full lenght connectors i found these at late model restoration and it seems like a steal of a deal

not yet..my buddies car have 4.10's and he is swapping in 3.73's because of the 533 cubes of motor its just way to much...so i will get them as soon as he gets his new gears
