I was at the "local street races" if thats what u want to call it and the cops raded us, i wasnt racing at the time luckily.. but when everyone was scattering away i accidently burnt a lil rubber:bang: and the cop cut me right off and gave me a ticket for wreckless driving and took my car. What BS!!! They also towed about 4 more cars. My recruiter is so pissed at me, i leave to bootcamp next month and have to have all this **** cleared up. If u guys remember i posted a thread a couple of days ago about gettin a 95mph speeding ticket.. Now this:mad: I just have the worst luck with cops.

you of just waled away. and left your car parked unless you had it parked like you were ready to get in and go if you had to.

thats why you park it somewhere else where you can come get it later. like a parking lot where you coild of just ran and came back and got it.


or just dont have you foot in it so much when you left but thats hard to do.

How do you accidently burn rubber? Foot slip off the clutch?

happens all time. but the cops here don't care well umless your like really burning rubber. they seem to be drooling to much wishing they could have a cars like that. my dad got pulled over today just because the cop wanted to say nice car.

Sounds like youve screwed yourself and the recruiter. I'd start thinking of buying a moped if you actually want to ship. Good luck.

Awww Boohoo your track is 75 miles away. Rather than do something completely reckless and stupid like street race, I drive the 95 miles to my local track.

How am i an idiot? I wasnt racing like i said, just out there with a bunch of friends watching. On another note i bet a majority of people on here have been to an illegal street racing event. It was out in the boonies with no cars around except for ours, if an innocent bystander got killed? what do u mean? Who the hell is dumb enough to run out in the middle of the street while u see people racing? maybe your the idiot who ran out into the street and got it b4:rolleyes:

Street racing is for the ricers. Take for instance, I was just at the Down River Cruise in Southgate, MI. It's a huge car show/ cruise for all types of cars. Cops every where. They do burn outs and I even got to go for a quick ride in a original 426 thunderbolt at the Southgate Ford Dealership. It was just a 60ft. blast but awsome considering how old the car was. My point is no one there got pulled over or towed. Except for a couple tuner(ricer) idoits. It was an controlled environment and it showed that the cops are people who love muscle cars just like us. No illegal racing, no ones life in jepordy, just good old fashion fun for everyone. Not saying I don't do a little race here and there on the streets. But, never when there's a busy intersection/street and never in a subdivision or side street. These street races are ricers just trying to live out what they see on the movies like young idoits. That's why the cops hate them. Not cause of an race or two here or there. But, because of the lack of control of both the drivers and the idiots that stand on the side of the road to watch them. Most of the time I've been to them they have gotten way out of control trying to show off and ended up hurting people. That's why I stay away from them. Let the ricers be stupid. There choice of cars show that anyways. Real american muscle car lovers know, you keep it on the track or at a controlled show/cruise. Just my thoughts, don't mean to piss anyone off. If I did.

honesty since i have gotten them, cops do pull me over ALOT more. They see a lil black kid driving a fast car with spinning rims so they think im a drug dealer. Last year i got pulled over and they searched my car because they said there was an "report" out for a car identical to mines.:bs:
