Got the Hurst short throw shifter

I went with the T-handle because..... well just because I like it.

glad to see that someone found them useful. ive been thinking about the T handle since i installed mine, but just have a hard time swapping at this point. i really like the hurst ball.

2 things bigcat....

that was a BITCH to get the new shifter back thru the opening...
and I hoped the clip on the rear mount bolt was just something Ford used during assembly cuz i ripped that MF'er out of there and didn't put it back on.

putting the shifter thru the hole is the hardest part of the install, thats for sure.

not sure which clip you mean on the rear mount though.

there was a clip on the bolt that held the rear mounting bracket on but only on one of the bolts.

I know exactly what retaining clip you are talking about and I ripped mine off and left it on the driveway. I need to re-tighten the nuts on the back though. My shifter is starting to rattle when I go above 3k rpms.
