Got this weird noise

Ever since my car was lowered I am hearing a whirring noise. Sounds like its in the rear end. It fades in and out between 40-55 mph. Below 40 no sound. Above 55 no sound. Could it have something to do with the pinion angle or depth needing adjustment? That is the only thing I can think of. Kinda weird its only at those speeds.
