CT is a custom title. Like how Tyler has "turquoise gem" instead of the usual ones. (stanger, street master, super stallion, etc) The only way to get one on this site is to either be a mod or let a mod catch you saying something incredibly stupid.

Actually, being a Mod does not mean you get a CT. I actually have to ask the admins here on SN to give CT's to worthy people. I personally hate my CT, it was given to me because my car is painted "twilight turquoise". I asked for a new one and the admins told me to get bent, that I had to "earn" a new CT.

If you want a CT from me, you have to do a couple of things.
1. much like GP001, he is always a pain in the ass. So I gave him a CT that basically makes fun of him. Foghorn67 was the exact same thing. So by showing me that you actuall have a personallity of some form or another will usually prompt me to think of a good CT for you.
2. Say something profoundly stupid, it will definitely stick from that point on and what better way than with a CT.
3. Reach 1500 posts and request it. But you better have something in mind or I will have a field day humiliating you with a CT that sticks forever.

NEVER ask me for one. It won't happen unless you have reached the 1500 post requirement that earns a CT by default.

Cool I was told the 1500 post thing did not matter any more. I'll have to think of something great. It took me almost three years to get to 1500 posts.

Both myself and my wife noticed the seats do look like the old Fox body seats. I saw them in the color I call "porno red" like I have my 89 hatch painted and colored in the interior. When I got the car all I cared about was the motor and tranny and hated the color. I even thought about painting it black. But hey Porno Red sounds much better. When I saw the new 05 coming out with the same color I quickly loved it and am anticipating the order of a new Porno Red Mustang.

Is the new 05 Mustang accessible to anyone to be able to sit in it, or is it in a "look only" display? I want to go to the LA auto show, but only if I can actually sit inside the car.

Back seats

Did you try the back seats? Are they any better? I have three rapidly growing kids who barely fit in the back of my 2003 now. I'm hoping the new Mustang will be better for them.

I did not actually GET In to the back seat, but they looked like they were MUCH more roomy than the current ones. THe buckets in teh rear were deeper into the floor, and the room behind the front seats seemed better. I am about to have kids in the next year, and I am still going to buy one based on what I saw at the show of the rear seat room.

The side bolsters were great, but the lowers seemed a bit small. You sink in the seats alright, but they seem a bit shallow? I would have to drive the car to see how they feel then, I was just so amazed that I could get behind the display on press days and sit in it, I did not pay a lot of attention to all teh details, just that the seating package felt MUCH more roomy, and the materials in the interior were AWESOME

I was at the Media preview for the Detroit show, and the car will NOT be open for the mass public show. The car is on the same turntable that the concept was on. LA show might be different though.

That's a nice tagline for a license plate frame, though.... argh... damn you Ford for making the project car vs. new Mustang debate in my head so much harder. No wait.. thank you Ford.

I didn't know that. Now there will be even more useless posting to get to that 1500 mark.
