Ok so my car = NO traction. I know for a fact that i need LCAs very bad. The only problem is that i am on a very low budget. I really really really want mm or steeda LCAs but i came across some granatellis for $124. I was just windering if anybody had these or if anybody knows if they would be a good buy. They have the same features as the steeda's and they say they are lightweight which is a very big plus. Any info would be great. I could probably afford mm or steedas in like 2 or 3 months so if i should wait let me know. thanks to anyone who gives me help. I guess it would help if i let you know that i have a 2000 GT with sportlines.

I have seen many pictures of FAILED grannacrappy LCAs. I have read many stories of how crappy they are.

DO NOT buy them. Getting LCAs is not an emergency situation. Wait until you can afford MM ones.

Thanks for the info! Are the MM Lightweight at all? i know there os nothing better than MM but i'm looking more towards the steedas cause they are lightweight. tryin to put the car on a diet ya know. I'll probably still end up getting the mm's but i can never find anything on how light/heavy they are. thanks again

You be the judge. I for one don't want any "overseas" produced performance parts on my car.

A picture is worth a thousand words...
Also, if you're on a budget and just concerned about going straight, UPR has some great, quality stuff. Otherwise, MM FTW.
Here's Granatelli's LCA:

That is my buddy's car. I was at the track with him when the control arm did that.

It was a major PITA, it failed around 8 or 9pm and I didn't get back to my house until around 5am.

Granatelli initially claimed they didn't make that control arm, then later recanted and said "he must've got a prototype"...Do not buy GMS if you can help it!

They sent him out another set of LCA's which are currently sitting in his garage...I think he's got Metco's now.
