Great Salvage Yard Finds

Just for info, over the Christmas trip to Mississippi, my brother in law and myself went to Barrys U Pull It Auto Salvage in Mobile AL.

We found a bunch of neat stuff: An 85 ish T-Bird Turbo car, a MAF equiped four cyl Mustang, several notch body shells in reusable/buildable shape, a 61 Ford four door Galaxie, hugh car, and a 1950 Ford F1 pickup chassis and shell. It was on wheels, but stripped of wiring, motor trans, etc, but straight and clean. It begged to come home with me, but was too big to fit.

I would have tried to find a way to get that F1 back home. My friend used to have one of those. I can't believe how easy those things are to assemble.

they have a place near my house called All Ford. its huge! last time i went they had a 2003 v6 mustang they wanted $4k for. it need a new hood, front bumper and front fenders. the engine ran and had about 2200 miles on it.
they also have engines everywhere
best part of all, you tell them what you want and they go get it. you dont have to do any pulling yourself

There is a ford dismantler near me in roseville cali, but they try to rip you off on those prices alot time.
