They are probably in the 48-56lb/hr range. Not really worth a lot if they're old, dirty, and used, but they do have a place in a high pwer engine. I forget if they're high or low impedance.
With the exception being the CFI injectors, such as the one shown above. All of the 5.0 CFI injectors are low impedance, while the later EFI 5.0 injectors were all high impedance.
