I Gotta give Credit where credit is due....Apart from having great pruducts becuase GRIGGS have great suspension products. The Customer service is excellent Check out my new set up of Severe Duty A-arms and K member they were able to repair the K member that I bought off ebay..I cant say enough. I even spoke to John Grigg for advice on my setup...

:OT: Well here I am after a long road off getting all the right parts I am coming back together...... Its been A VERY LONG ROAD I have had problem and been short on parts and back orders and the problems go on and on. But now I am coming back together hopefully trouble free.....


BTW..

I bend the hell out of my dust plates for my brakes but I am getting the COBRA kits can I just remove them and will it make a difference or can i get new ones cheap?????

The K-Member swap is soooo worth the money and trouble...check out the stocker next to the GRIGGS piece...the stocke is as heavy as it looks.

That is the reason I did wait a little longer to throw the motor in and get the Griggs K member everybody says the same thing.....And with good reason too it cleans thins up and lightens the front end by what i would guess is about 75 lbs.

I dont know why everything keeps happening to me this way

The Gratenelli coil over kit I bought dont fit my Tokico struts... incredible just another setback.

Why Gratenelli coilovers? I would use the Griggs and run their springs. They are the way to go. More money though but worth it. Then you can talk to them about what spring rate you want, and you can always change it. They have many to choose from.
I had the gratenelli on a fox body and they had like 2 or 3 choices in springs, I got it new on ebay for like $150...very cheap.

You can loose the dustshields if you want.

i thought i heard that the motor mount plates weren't on there from Griggs? is that true, or did i hear wrong. Doesn't it move the motor back an inch? if so how does the shifter line up in the car then?

Figured out the coilover problem...you have to take off the dust shields off the shock itself....

The reason I didnt go with the Griggs coil overs is because $$$$$$$ but no doubt it might be a better choice. but thats easy enough to change later if i have a problem with the granetllis...I got the 350 lbs springs

It doesnt take very long really maybe a couple hours without the motor installed. with it installed maybe a little longer sonce you have to hoist the motor upand hold it up there securely.

You can order it with or without the motor mount plates. Although mine came without it cuz the guy I bought it from gave me a good old fashion scr@wing. He even sold it to me as a 94 when it was actually a 93 anyways. I am actually glad it happened becuase after i sent it to the griggs shop it came back as a very nice product....as for setting the motor back I really dont think so plus it has a bit of adjustment.....

I cant wait to drive it with the new set up and then work on the rear suspension panhardbar and torque arm (Griggs of Course)

i havent seen a k-member setup that doesn't require one to run coilovers tho
edit: nvm looks like you can get away with it with the PA one or AJE one
