i bought the 2 piece grille delete so this is the part i dont get right? also can i mount the horse if i dont have this piece?

I have no clue, we've never sold a 2 piece kit, my # is 410-655-2000 parts ext 5618 and Im here till 4pm everyday

I have the 2 piece and the pony still mounts to the metal that goes behind were the radiator deflector goes.

Just trim a hole in the stock grill cover. The trim is similar but once mounted you'd be hard pressed to have someone ever really notice the difference.

That's weird. My '03 had the inner grill trim behind the factory honeycomb grill.
