Grind metal noises from the exhaust ?

Since 2-3 days i used my stang alot to cruise around and since yesterday my exhaust makes a metal grining noise from like 2500rpm to 3200rpm or so.. whats that ? exhaust leak ?

I have stock headers, mac o\r h-pipe and stock cat-back.

Have you got under your stang to see if your exhaust is rubbing on something??????

not yet.. ill try to c heck tonight

Check the hangers. They could be loose or bent. That ws my issue - left side tial pipe hanger rubbed the frame, right side was loose.
