I just got a full tune-up and put on a cold intake. I also replace front and back brakes and rotors. The hesitation is gone, which was caused by bad plugs, but now when I pull off with from first I feel a grinding noise, almost like a roar. It goes away once I get into 2nd or higher, but I'm not sure if thats because the speed dilutes or not. My guess is it could be the brakes but I'm not sure. What do you think?

wheel bearing going bad possibly. if it was brakes it'd be sluggish taking off and want to stop quickly on it own or pull one way or the other if sticking.

Yea, sluggish is what it is. It's not a grinding noise (sorry). It feels sluggish, like something is holding it back from getting moving. What can I do if it is the breaks?

If it's the caplipers sticking you'll have to replace those pretty much in order to solve your problem. If you've been driving around with them sticking then you might of already warped your rotors and pads from the excessive heat generated.

Jack up the front end of the car and try to spin the wheel and see if it moves freely. Another question is: is it coming from the front or rear?
