grinding noise

i have an 06 gt when i let off the clutch it makes a grinding noise it is more noticeable when taking off and when it is really cold outside the car only has 39k on it anyone else with this problem or suggestions

I am not familiar with mustang clutch's so I dont want to guess, but make sure your fluid is full, is always a good start. I cant imagine that causing a grinding noise but always good to check everything. Has it been slipping recently? Do you smell that nasty burnt clutch smell at all?
Somebody will chime in soon that is way smarter than me.

Is it a grinding noise or a tapping? There is a TSB on rattle by the shifter boot, I don't remember what exactly it is.
