grrr horn and cruise control malfunction

hey,
my horn and my cruise control quit working after replacing my intake gaskets, im pretty confident this has to do with a vacuum line i probably misrouted or something. Anyone know which vacuum line controls the horn and cruise control or have any other possible explanations for why they are not working?

the horn, cruise, and cig lighter are all on the same circuit. look for a penny in the cig lighter hole, poss.

no vacuum to the horns, they are electrical. you blew your fuse, replace it.
