does anybody know if there is holes in the fender behind the gt emblems on the fenders of an 02 or are they just glued on.

there are holes back there in addition to adhesive.

Two vertically aligned holes, with one being larger than the other. Double sided tape holds the emblems on.

If you're thinking about removing them, just use a hair dryer and some fishing line. I've heard this done wonders.

I bought a 1100W heat gun and that did the trick!

The GT emblem on the trunk has nothing behind it

I'd be careful with a heat gun!
I used fishing line after soaking the emblem in goo gone.
