GT Hatch

Stupit question, my Wing on my hatch is loose on one side....looking at the hatch from the inside all I see is a black rubber section that seems like its glued on...it this where the bolts are? What would i use to put this rubber piece back on?

Yes, the pull off and the nuts are under there, they will stick right back on.
