Test drove a GT with the performance pack. Loved it.
Tried another on a rougher road and questioned whether
my old back can take it.
Suggestions?

Just rented an Ecoboost w/of the performance pack. It does not have the
super great handling of the GT performance pack.
I am 63 and have an ecoboost without performance pack and love it. Mine is a 2015 with 50 years package. It has more power and better handling than many GTs I have had in the past. Don't go putting down my ecoboost. It is a great car. I get compliments on it almost daily. It is ruby red.
I am 63 and my GT has the Performance Pack. I love it... (mentally I figure I'm around 20 so it works out great). My wife hates it she refuses to ride in it (she's a bit younger).
How often will you drive it spiritedly? If that's only a rare occasion then I wouldn't get the PP if the comfort is a concern at all. The seats in my car hurt my back and I'm only 30. That's why I daily drive a 2016 F150 Lariat.
