Put as big as you want, NO programming is needed. Just make sure the inlet of the manifold matches whatever size TB you use. Use a dremel to open it up if needed. A TB is nothing more than a big metal circle with a blade that opens to let air in. Too many people get their tampons all red over going "too big". My rule of thumb is whatever size your manifold inlet is, use that size TB. Once you start getting into more powerful combo's and/or bigger inches, break out the dremel on some manifolds if needed to run a bigger tb. I'd like to swap to a 90mm tb down the road once my 347 is running. I must be out of my mind going that big
