GT500 front bumper with a GT Hood?

I found a good deal on a gt500 front end. has everything but the hood. Does the GT line up ok or are there fitting problems with the 2? Does anyone have any pictures if this is possible? Thanks for the info!

If it were mine, I would get the hood too. The reason is because the folds on the hood don't quite match up with the corners of the headlight bezel. Also, with a GT hood, the grille opening is smaller so the GT500 look is not quite there.

Do you have to get new headlights as well? I have always wondered about the headlights in a GT500 front end conversion.

The GT hood lines are off just a bit with the GT500 headlight pillars, but there are no fitment problems! The only drawback to the GT500 front, if you can call it that, is that it sits about 1/2" lower than it did with the GT bumper/CDC Classic Chin Spoiler.

i love the GT500 front end with a GT hood. i do not like the heat extractors on the stock GT500 hood.
