This is true, they don't make a manifold with a cooler for the earlier style 4V heads, but even still they're making in the mid-420-450rwhp range with just that set up and basic bolt ons. Pretty good when you consider how hard you've got to push the 2V kits in order to make those same numbers. Either way, it doesn't really matter. Vortech, ATI, Paxton and the like all make intercooled systems for the earlier Cobra's that make more than enough power to run with a KB GT.GDawg said:A funny fact that I seem to remember (and correct me if I'm wrong) you can get an InterCooled SuperCharger from Kenne Bell with up to a 14psi pulley for a '99+ 2v GT but for the 4v '98 Cobra you can only get a non-intercooled Kenne Bell SuperCharger with restrictions of a 6psi pulley (cause no intercooler). I would think that those details even out the playing field. Don't ask me why this is but I'm sure I read this somewhere. Correct me on this topic if need.
