Mustang Week is coming up next week and im all set to hit Darlington to see what kind of times I can pull. Hopefully its a hell of alot better than last years 14.98...

Mods are: K&N intake, 75mm TB and ported upper plenum, UPR o/r X pipe, 2.5" Mac catback, Diablosport Predator generic tune timing bumped 5*, 4.10 gears.

I also have a set of 275-60-15 BFG drag radials. I ran those with stock gears and it KILLED my launch because it bogged. I think with the 4.10's it will be a good combo, possibly still a little tall but that will give me some extra MPH to work with at the end of the track.

I am hoping for 13.6-13.8 on street tires and 13.3-13.5 on DR's. Id set a lower goal but my suspension is stock as a rock with torched springs...

First your set of 275-60-15 BFG drag radials are over 2 inches taller than stock tires and will reduce your 4.1:1 some. I will guess 13.7 with the drag radials. The key is your 60 foot times.

Thats it even with drag radials? Damn it all down, must mod more!!!! hahaha.

I know a few guys on here have hit 12.99 with my mods + minor suspension work.

Ill run street tires first and see what times they make.

Hahaha, a crap ton better. I can bang gears hard and fast now. When I ran the 14.98 I had only had the car for about 2 months, never beat on it, shifting around 4900-5k at the track slow as molasses.

Well with that 87 MPH trap in the 1/8 and slapping on the DR you should be mid to low 13's

Do to do that he would need to get his 1/8 times down to around an 8 flat. The big guess is what were his 60 foot times?
