Ebay- The seller I get them from I believe is PerformanceCurve. And the original 40s are the classic choice, but if you feel like trying something new the super 44s are suppose to be pretty nasty!

I have an American Thunder cat-back on mine. They are the Delta Flow 40's i beleive. Supposed to be quieter in the interior. I agree as with the windows up and the radio barely on, i cannot hear my exhaust, but my friends can hear me coming still before i even get to their house.

Here's some windows down sound vids. I have a stock h-pipe.

I have delta flow 40's on both new edge cars, they are milder than the 40's and are Stainless steel. I like the sound with the stock mid and cat back. Last ones I got were from DependonAuto. Got 'em quick too.

I have the original 40's. You can hear them inside and out. I recently put a Bassani 2-catted x-pipe and it made a significant difference in tone and volume.

I have a pair of pretty much new original 40 on my car i might sell. they sound great, but to quiet for me. Im going to re-weld my mac flowpaths back on. They never seen snow since i just got them on and maybe only rain 2 times.

So if i do that soon and you still want some flows i might be able to sell the ****ers. I just got the mufflers not even 1 month ago....

i switch exhaust setups like you change socks.

Super 40 series here and loving every minute of it teamed with the Prochamber.

Loud when you want it to be, tame when you need it to be.

I had some 40's put on and got the cats taken off.. my car is a beast and I always have people turning and looking when I drive by. I've had people pull up to me and tell me its the loudest baddest sounding car they've ever heard.
But I got a pair of borla stinger mufflers, from my friend who had them on his (wrecked) 04' z06, and he gave em' to me. just wondering if the stinger mufflers would be meaner sounding......

When I first got my Bullitt it had 10 Series racing Flowmasters. It sounded absolutely awful, plus they were so loud on the inside of the car I couldn't think.

Recently I switched to a MRT cat less H-pipe and 40 Series Delta Flows and the car sounds awesome. It has a nice deep tone, with a true Mustang sound. I absolutely love it! Also, it's loud, but not obnoxiously loud. I can still have a conversation in the car without having to scream.

Just as an FYI, if you have stock pipes, this is the part number for the delta 40's:

Part # 942443

Inlet: Offset
Outlet: Offset
Pipe Size: 2.25" In/Out

I went with the Flowmaster Force II CB on My 99 Gt and matched them up with a BBK O/R X-pipe... Needless to say it sounded great at idle but like $hit when I gave it gas. The sound was horrible. Matched it up with a Mac O/R H-pipe and it sounded good. Although it's pretty loud... I wanna go louder so I'm currently selling the exhaust for $230 + shipping. Purchased it for $367 from Jegs so it's a good deal for any person who wants to pick it up.

I put delta 40's on, with a catless BBK H pipe. Sounds great, some drone about 70 mph. Wondering if I went with Super 44's, how the drone would be at 70mph? The delta flows sound deep, just wanted a little more volume without a headache on the highway.

I did Flow Super 44's on mine.I got mine local but most online sites sell them for $87ea.I did the weld in route, the manifold, mid pipe and tips are stock.Check my sig for sounds. They are just a bit louder than the 40's I had on my gt,a deeper tone and less drone inside the car than the 40's.I will be going with prob a high flow H and maybe a lil bit bigger tips.

Oh and they do turn alot of heads!

They still have drone but not as bad as 40's.The 40's have a slightly higher pitch than the 44's.But then again Im comparing a gt-40's and a Mach-44's.
