H and X-Pipe drone?

In my experience, X pipes drone less than H pipes. I have read where the Dr. Gas and UPR X-pipes sound great with Flowmasters although some other X's sound like crap with Flows.

My Mac catback droned but after I put on a upr x-pipe there is no drone. But it sounds awesome now.

well if you flows don't drone it is becsause of you 4 cats or you don't understand drone. Flows drone period. I have had 5 cars with flows on them and they all had drone. 2 with 40series, 2 with 50series, 1 with 30 series. every aftermart muffler has more drone than stock. you will have to find someone that has run both midpipes with the same catback to answer this question. I just no my borla has more drone that it did with the stock mid pipe but it is proably because my cats are gone not as much of x vs h. I have never had an o/r h on to compare it to.
