I am about to get a set of gt40 aluminum heads, trick flow stage 1 cam, and probably a trick flow intake. With all of this am I going to have to run a bigger maf and injectors or can I just use the stock maf and injectors? Also will I need a bigger fuel pump?

Might as well wait until you get the 24lb injectors, matching MAF and fuel pump. You may get away with the stock fuel system or may not. I had major lean issues trying to use the stock stuff when I did H/C/I.

19's & the stock pump is too small for what you wanna do if you do it right.

You may can get by with the stock stuff for a while with elevated fuel pressures.

You don't give any long term goals so I say at least 24's and a 190 pump.

If you are gonna go for a max na effort, (tune needed) you may want to consider 30's and the larger 255 pump. I'd do the 255 pump no matter what.

For a maf, I usually say the best bang for the buck is the ProM 80mm.

however

Lately, some have had good things to say about Granatelli mafs.

Some have had good results from the latest offereings of mafs from C&L.
I don't think I would be as comfortable with an older used C&L maf.

Don't spend money on a ProM caled for 19's as that inj is too small for your needs anyway.

I'm not gonna say a used fox maf won't work for you!
but
The transfer curve for the fox is some what different than our cars
and
since you don't have any way of making adjustments to its curve

A used 24lb caled maf for 94-95 Stangs will most likely give you better results.

btw ... DON'T buy a used maf from a Cobra guy!
It will NOT work correctly for your GT!

All of the above info is based upon you trying to get larger inj's & maf to work together in the best possible way without a custom tune. :D
