I just finished installing BBK long tubes and catless h-pipe. There was no problem with the install. I started it up and found a leak where the h-pipe connects to the Flowmaster cat back. Apparently the flange (2 bolts go through it) that floats around on the h-pipe got pulled over the ball flange part of the h-pipe. I parked it for the night. Any suggestions on getting the flange back over the ball socket? Possibly take my car to a muffler shop and have them cut off the ball flanges off of the h-pipe and cat back and use some kind of band clamp?
