Since I can't get H13 Silverstar bulbs for my '06 GT, I contacted PIAA. Here's what they answered:

The bulb 9008 / H13 is in production in Japan. Because this is a new bulb for the automotive industry the lead time to hit our shores is still 2-4 months. It will be an Xtreme White plus version with a factory wattage draw and a rated output of about 110 to 115watts in a H.I.D style Blue/White colored light. Once it is available you should see information on the “What’s New “ page on the website at www.piaa.com.
